Biotechnology graduate student mentoring programs for women

This is a program designed to support the career development of female students studying natural sciences or engineering. As such, its goal is to foster the development of bright female scientists and engineers by forming mentoring team.It comprises mentors who share common duties, specialties, interests and networks in science and engineering-related organizations (such as companies & research centers universities, and government-run research institutes) and female (undergraduateand graduate) students. The teams will provide vital mentoring activities. MI began to participate in this program in 2013 and has actively contributed to the development of female scientists and engineers by mentoring female graduate students studying biotechnology.
