Deletion Procedures and Methods:
1 Deletion Process: Personal information is deleted immediately upon fulfillment of its purpose. In exceptional cases, it may be temporarily stored according to internal policies before deletion. Such information will not be used for any purpose other than what is legally permitted.
2 Deletion Methods: Electronic files containing personal information are deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery. Physical documents containing personal information are destroyed by shredding or incineration.

• The Institute makes every effort to prevent personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses. We use the latest antivirus programs to prevent the leakage or damage of users' personal information and data, and ensure secure transmission of personal information over networks through encrypted communication. Additionally, we control unauthorized external access using intrusion prevention systems and strive to implement all possible technical security measures.

• Regular training is provided to personnel handling personal information to ensure compliance with privacy policies.
